Contract received but missing customer number and payments

Good evening

I registered as a new customer with Eneco on May 2019. I received the contract by email, but there is no customer number on it.

Te contract states that the payments will be done monthly by direct debit (on my bank account). However, since May I have never received a monthly debit or a bill from Eneco. And this is strange

I would be grateful if someone could give me some advice or feedback on how to sort out the issue
