Hi. I registered to Toon a few days ago. Received an activation code but nowhere can I use it.
When trying to log in the android app using my Eneco credentials I am rejected.
Please help activate access to the app.

Welcome! Did you succeed with the factory reset? When you need help don't hesitate to ask here.
It's only possible on the Toon athome.

When you have 'n abonnement on Toon for adittionally so as the use of 'n App.



That abonnement cost €4,50 per month.
So, I do this on the device at home, and then I will be at to use the app?

And where do I see "factory restoration" ?
Nowhere can I use it?
